Jan-E was born December 2, 1977 in Fontana, California to the union of John and Jean Luckie. She graduated in the
Gifted Magnet program from Crenshaw High School in 1995. She was pursuing her education at Tuskegee University where
she majored in Computer Science and Hotel and Hospitality Management. Jan-E always gave herself unselfishly being the
President of Tau Beta Sigma Sorority, giving self improvement lectures to students and members of the community, and participating
in sports activites as a flag girl.
God looked in His garden on April 2, 2000, and saw one of his beautiful flowers needing rest.
